The best kid swimming classes we experienced. My five year old now does amazing freestyle, backstroke, learning butterfly, just dove down 15 feet (with a help of an extendable pole for now). Miss Ursula is just an amazing coach, very firm, assuring, knowledgeable, loves what she does and kids can feel it.
Our son began swim classes at Gigglin' Marlin Dive & Swim in August and it’s been an incredible experience. He has learned to truly love swimming and is now confident in the water. Each time he achieved a new milestone, you could see him beaming with pride. Special thanks to his fantastic teacher, Coach Will, who helped him progress more in one month than he did in all his previous swim lessons. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Gigglin' Marlin for anyone looking for caring and effective swim instruction!
We started with Coach Callan a few weeks ago and she is outstanding. Our four year old boy looks forward to his lesson with her every week and he's made major improvements. She is encouraging and instructive and she makes his lessons fun. I can't say enough good about her!
We completed a diving refresher through the dive shop. Signed up online, no issues. We were emailed the liability forms a few days before and signed those online. The shop has a short lap pool inside, with a 15’ deep end for diving instruction which was perfect for us to reacquaint ourselves with the equipment and procedures. It was just the2 of us and Glenn was top-notch for making us feel welcome, finding the right gear (no extra rental fees) and walking us through getting everything set up and ready. He went through some of the basics on deck and lead us through some practical “issues” in the pool (mask clearing, emergency air w buddy, BCD, etc). Also reminded us about dive communicating signals and let us ask too many questions. Definitely a great place to learn, refresh or get equipment.
Gigglin Marlin Staff has been so welcoming and kind. The owner is a sweet lady and has been super kind too. I had my first experience in their shop doing discover diving and was a blast. Glenn was super informative and knowledgable about diving and so has zane. Keep up the good work guys.
